My dad has tons of banana trees, and when he gets bananas, he gets a lot of them. So he passes them on to us. A few weeks ago, I made 4 banana breads, two banana chocolate chip cakes, and banana muffins. So this time I wanted to try something different.
Here's how it went:
I found some wooden craft sticks.
Cut the bananas in half, and put the sticks straight though the middle.
It was a nice easy enough task for the kids to do. Harder bananas are easier to work with.
Dipped the bananas in chocolate, I used the dipping kind, that hardens fast.
Then Freeze. The kids love them!
