Happy New Year!
So it's the new year, have you noticed those big bulky exercise machines they are selling at the stores right now?
Of course, one of my goals again this year is to get healthier and in better shape, who doesn't want that.
We recently had to stop our gym membership, so I was very exited to find other ways to exercises. And there came an email from Judy at Break Pal, suggesting I check them out.
Break Pal is the easiest way to stay healthy while at your desk at work, or at your computer while blogging, or finding deals.
They say short little exercise breaks keep you healthy and keep you fresh at the computer and if you do them throughout the day that adds up to a lot of exercise.
At Break Pal they have a really simple way to make those exercise breaks happen.
They have all kinds of little two to five minute exercises from Yoga, to Cardio Kung Fu or Chi Gung.
I love all their yoga exercises, they really release a lot of the tension you get from sitting in front of a computer.
I also have fun with the Ram's Head Punches exercise, you can feel it in your arms, and it release a little anger too!
I have been doing it for a few days now, and I can already feel the difference. I can't wait to see what it will do long term.
You can also set up reminders throughout the day. You set 15, 30 or minute intervals, and your computer will remind you to take an exercise break.
You can now get it on the Iphone too! And you can use it anywhere.
